Services

Stephen’s Dumpsters rents roll-off dumpsters for residential, commercial, and construction projects throughout Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle, generally within about 75 miles of Amarillo. Delivery is often available the same or next day when scheduling allows, though delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Rental Period and Scheduling

The standard rental period begins at a 10-day minimum. Rental periods are flexible and can be customized to fit your project when arranged in advance. Delivery and pickup are scheduled by appointment. If you need the dumpster longer, make contact before your period ends so arrangements can be made.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is provided at the time of booking based on your size, location, and project. Each rental includes a set amount of weight (5 tons on the 30-yard roll-off). Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Any balances are due as agreed at the time of service.

Weight and Overage Charges

The quoted rate includes the weight allowance for the dumpster. Loads that exceed the included tonnage may be billed for the additional weight. Heavy debris such as concrete, dirt, brick, and cinder block is accepted only by prior arrangement and is billed at a per-ton rate that will be confirmed before removal.

Prohibited Materials

For safety and legal reasons, the following items may not be placed in the dumpsters. A discovery fee of $100 may apply if prohibited materials are found in a load:

• Hazardous materials of any kind
• Liquids of any kind
• Batteries
• Paints and chemicals
• Tires
• Appliances
• Scrap metals

If you are unsure whether an item is allowed, please ask before loading it.

Placement and Site Access

You are responsible for providing safe, legal, and clear access for delivery and pickup. Please make sure the drop site is accessible and free of low wires, vehicles, and other obstructions. You are responsible for obtaining any permits required to place a dumpster on a street or public right of way.

Stephen’s Dumpsters is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, curbs, sidewalks, pavement, or underground utilities that results from placing or removing a dumpster at your requested location. If you have concerns about your surface, please mention it in advance.

Loading and Use

Do not fill the dumpster above its top rail or load level, and do not overload it beyond its weight limit. Materials must sit inside the container so it can be hauled safely and legally. You are responsible for the contents of the dumpster while it is in your possession.

Damage and Liability

You agree to use the dumpster with reasonable care. You are responsible for loss of or damage to the dumpster while it is on your site, other than normal wear from proper use. You agree to hold Stephen’s Dumpsters harmless from claims arising out of your use of the dumpster or the materials placed in it.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please make contact as early as possible so the route can be adjusted. Changes requested after a dumpster is already loaded for delivery or in transit may not be possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stephen’s Dumpsters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its services. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the rental giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or these services will be handled in the courts located in or serving Potter County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect. Continuing to use these services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
