Stephen Radcliff didn’t set out to run a dumpster company. He ran demolition. Job after job, he watched good money walk out the gate paying other crews to haul off his debris, and one day the math stopped making sense.
So in 2014 he bought his own roll-offs and started hauling for himself. Word got around. Today Stephen’s Dumpsters runs a fleet of clean 30-yard bins across Amarillo and the whole Texas Panhandle, and the same guy who started it still answers the phone.
